Products We Love- Ruggable’s Washable Rugs

Raise your hand if you’ve thrown a rug in the garbage because it was dirty or stained beyond repair. Raise your hand if you only buy cheap rugs because you are afraid to spend money on an expensive one that your pets will ruin. Raise your hand if you don’t bother with rugs at all because you know they won’t last. Rugs can be expensive and hard to care for, especially if you have pets or kids. We discovered a new product Ruggable (@ruggable) that has solved this problem by making affordable, cute, WASHABLE rugs. The rugs are able to be washed because they are sold in a 2 part system, so you can pull up the top layer and stick it in your washing machine at home. We love that their Instagram features client’s posts of the rugs in their home so you can really get a feel for true colors.

Review: We tried out a cream colored 5 x 7 size in a home with 2 toddlers and a dog, we were worried it would not fit in the standard size washing machine but it did and it washed great! The only complaint is that the top layer curls up a bit in the corner where there is a lot of traffic because it is so thin so some rug tape might help with this issue. All in all, we would recommend this product!
