One Room Challenge Reveal Day!

Be sure to carve out some time on social media today because it is One Room Challenge (ORC) reveal day! What is ORC you ask?

“The One Room challenge™ will provide participants with a supportive, enthusiastic forum in which to share the process of transforming a room. The ORC is not a competition, but rather a celebration of creativity, inspiration, and original ideas.” - OneRoomChallenge.com

Twice a year, April and October, 20 participants are given 6 weeks to transform a space and document it on social media. Some of our favorite designers included this on that list that we’ve been following along with this season are @vintagerevivals, @housesevendesign, @sugarandcloth, @houselarsbuilt, and @inspiredbycharm. Anyone is allowed to participate as a guest participant as long as you follow the guidelines and post weekly.

Six weeks is not a lot of time to pull off such large transformations; documenting progress every week holds you accountable and something about knowing others are in the same boat and doing it along with you must be motivating.
